[Feature Request]: Config parity from Fabric to Forge

What happened?

On the fabric version of Ecologics 1.20.1, you are able to configure more options in the config file. Options such as disabling Walnut trees from spawning and disabling thin ice from spawning. I would love to see these options in the Forge version as well.

From the look, Forge side uses data-driven biome modifier so you may try to use data packs to override.

i ended up just using the fabric version via sinytra connector, seemed to work perfectly including all config edits
