Spoof to a Pixel phone

I just think that it would be nice to be able to spoof the device to a Pixel to get their exclusive features

Pixel exclusive features are already applied. For example if you open google photos, it'll recognize your phone as a pixel and grant unlimited storage. System wide spoofing will break samsung apps, that's why it's only applied to apps that require certain pixel props. Instead of that feel free to suggest the app that requires pixel props.

I was thinking like for example the Pixel Sounds app and the ability to select text when you open the task changer

I doubt pixel sounds app can be fixed with few props, you can however use a workaround to use it on samsung phones. Same with task changer as it's a functionality of aosp launcher, it just doesn't exist in samsung home. There is however a extract text button on screenshot pop ups. Long story short, spoofing props won't get you these features.
