Remove upper limit on page number

There s a hard upper limit on the page number from which the image can be downloaded and needs to be addressed. It s very likely to fail/prevent from downloading images starting tomorrow.

Image format for full scale images is not JPEG

Currently the saving function in the percy class tries saving a png image to jpg/jpeg which is a terrible mistake and needs to be corrected ASAP.
