Typo in the Tooltip for "Masked Files" in the File Explorer #8180

Describe the bug: There is a typo in the tooltip for "Masked Files" in the file explorer.

To Reproduce:

Open the CoCalc platform.
Navigate to your project's file explorer.
Hover over "Masked Files" to view the tooltip.
Notice the typographical error in the text displayed. Delete or revise "They are be grayed out."

Expected behavior: The tooltip should display the correct spelling and description without any typographical errors.
