pdf preview: add a "presentation mode" #8149

Our PDF preview, based on pdf.js, doesn't have an official "preview mode", which should support:

fullscreen
switching from one page to the next where position on page doesn't move.

WORKAROUND: the system pdf viewer can be better. Or, obviously, download the PDF to your computer.
