Hi Pau,

I wanted to use decoupleR::run_zscore for kinase activity estimation and its seems that despite being @export the documentation was not updated and the folder /man does not include run_zscore, thus also the reference on the .io page does not include it.

FYI: I installed it from remotes::install_github('saezlab/decoupleR') and my packageVersion("decoupleR") is [1] ‘2.9.7’.
