Hi, I am trying to run this code:decoupleR::get_collectri(organism='human', split_complexes=FALSE), but every time I attempt to execute it, I get errors or it just hangs indefinitely. I've checked my internet connection, and it seems stable. I also made sure that I have the latest version of the decoupleR package installed. Do you think it could be a problem with the server or something related to the data being accessed? any guidance would be appreciated!

Hello, We see a HTTP 404 error for the Ensembl URL above, that must be a transient networking error, because the URL is perfectly accessible. The seemingly indefinite stall can be potentially an issue with rest.uniprot.org which typically caused a failure after 3-4 minutes of waiting. This has been fixed recently, with a number of other regressions, it should be working with the current latest version from GitHub (see here how to try, plus some more details).
