I have a case, when I need to open tooltip based on js click event, but not when user hover over the element with a tooltip.
For now I add/remove both
tooltipandtooltip-openclasses, but this way the transitions isn't working.As a solution it would be great to have a separate css class to show tooltip on hover/focus.
