Add DXVK-Sarek option for some older GPU's

I would suggest to add DXVK-sarek (A dxvk fork based on the old 1.10.x branch) to this script

this will help people with older GPU's (nvidia Kepler , and amd GCN 1 to GCN 3)

that's because nvidia kepler only supports vulkan 1.2 so it doesn't work with recent dxvk versions

amd gcn 1 to 3 works with recent dxvk versions and vkd3d but the performance should be better on DXVK-sarek because these GPU's relies on workarounds from mesa in order to support newer vulkan extensions
