fix(editor): Hyperlink tooltip is mispositioned and gets clipped on the left side

Description

This change improves tooltip layout by ensuring content wraps properly. Tooltip positioning remains controlled by Quill.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create New Study
2. Select Test as Evaluation Category
3. Choose any Test Method and Study Type
4. Enter the Study Details and Click on Create Study
5. Choose Test option from Sidebar
6. Type in the text box under Welcome Message or Final Message

Expected behavior

The tooltip should be fully visible within the editor viewport and not be clipped.

Actual behavior

The hyperlink tooltip is mispositioned and gets clipped on the left side, making the input partially hidden.
