Hi, I wrote this small script to turn a PI into a Bluetooth Midi device.

As it also uses a modified Bluez, I wanted to know if it's possible to install both , Bluetooth Midi and bthidhub, on the same device.

Not sure. A bunch of the audio stuff in bluez is disabled when we compile it. You could try recompiling without disabling it.
