Hi folks,

As part of the work towards the Rust Vision Doc project goal we're going to need a repository to store drafts and other data. This ought to have an mdbook published to github pages, nothing fancy (not sure if you all need to configure that, though). The access rights should be assigned to the proposed project-vision-doc-2025 project group.
