The imxrt-rs and mspm0-rs rooms both upgraded to version 12, but the embedded-rust matrix space still points to the version 10 channels (inconvenient since then you need to click again to get to the new channel).

Given more channels are going to version 12 soon (because of a security disclosure from matrix), who do we ask to get the matrix space to link to the new channels.

The latest release of the cargo-binutils crate has !#[deny(warnings)] included, and with rustc 1.89 there are a few warnings produced during install.

I opened a pull-request here to fix a warning, the other unreleased changes fix the other warnings. Can the tools team make a release of cargo-binutils after this is merged?
