Bloons 2 Christmas Expansion: Sleigh powerup not working correctly

In Bloons 2 Christmas Expansion, after using the sleigh powerup, the arrow to select the vertical location of the sleigh does not move up and down like it should. Instead, it continues to move down past the bottom of the screen, and never returns upward. So unless you're extremely fast, you won't be able to use the powerup effectively.
