Making @tailwindcss/typography plugin optional

I've been having troubles with the @tailwindcss/typography plugin as described in #246.

I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to make this dependency optional. The generator could take a option like --without_typography to skip that part of the generator.

From what I understand about this plugin, it has nothing to do with RubyUI. I haven't found any mention of "prose" in the code. Am I missing something?
