Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No, I'd just like to use a consistent version between my applications and my packages.

Describe the solution you'd like
Upgrade custom_lint_builder to 0.7.0, to support custom_lint 0.7.0, which supports latest riverpod_lint & co.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Don't upgrade yet.
Be inconsistent.

Additional context
Ideally, don't upgrade too far and break the Flutter stable channel? 😄
Also, the issue templates mention provider instead of freezed.
Oh, and the custom_lint changelog formatting is messed up 😉

Oh, there's an open PRs at #1140 + invertase/dart_custom_lint#300 which might fix this?
