I playing on Ubuntu GNOME 17.04 and most hotkeys works only with English layout. With Russian I can only use numbers, F-keys and ~ for drink water.

Which combinations don't work? Everything involving Alt, or Shift/Ctrl too?
Also what the exact name of Russian layout. I am having trouble reproducing this (although I am not on GNOME so it might be GNOME specific.).

I think, modifiers should work, like nubers and F-keys, but letters doesn't. For example: I can't open quick craft menu by Shift+S or atack by T, or lift by A - L etc.
