I will preface by saying I am not a software professional by any means. I am a biologist with a mild background in computer science, and vibe coding has been making my ideas work. With that said, I am excited for open code to eventually let me use self-hosted models when it becomes feasible for lower end consumer hardware (like mine).

So the idea I am proposing is a merge of the benefits of GSD and MAI (Daniel Meissler's) to work with open code. I am vaguely aware of how difficult this is and especially with high token consumption requirements with both of these projects at the moment that make it less feasible in the near future, but I hope that someone more capable than me might find an interest in doing this when it makes sense.

I am grateful for open source projects like this that allow me to express my creativity in ways that I couldn't before.
