[Bug] Getting "Failed to install: This plugin uses a source type your Claude Code version does not support." when trying to install any plugin in CC.

1. /plugin marketplace add rohitg00/awesome-claude-code-toolkit
2. Enter /plugin and press enter 🡢 Navigate to Marketplaces 🡢 Select rohitg00/awesome-claude-code-toolkit
3. Select Browse Plugins (120)
4. Navigate to a random plugin from the marketplace, like changelog-gen and press Enter.
5. Select Install for you (user scope).
6. Observe error: Failed to install: This plugin uses a source type your Claude Code version does not support. Update Claude Code and try again.

My version of Claude Code is fully updated, and this happens with every single plugin in your marketplace.

Is there a fix? Any workaround?
