feature request - add ability to update or generate a new secret on an OIDC app

It would be nice to be able to update or add a secret of an OIDC application.

Additionally, it would be nice to have frodo generate a random secret and display the new secret.  Will leave it up to implement to decide size/format of a generated secret.
