Fix e2e config-export and config-import tests #514
Description
For the 3.0.9 CLI release I had to skip ALL the e2e tests of config-export and config-import because I was not able to generate recordings that reliably allowed snapshots to match. Some tests for some reason compared tx ids which of course are always different, others I could not generate recordings for at all because I do not have a classic environment.
I think we need those tests but the cannot be the long pole for any and every release we try to push out. I cannot even say how many hours I have spent trying to get these tests to pass.
Maybe @hfranklin and @phalestrivir you guys have ideas how we can improve this?
