The comment [here](https://github.com/roboptim/roboptim-core-manifold/blob/master/include/roboptim/core/manifold-map/decorator/manifold-desc.hxx#L48-L60) is odd and outdated. It should be rewritten, to explicitly explain the 27 and 39 parameters.
