Session quota shows in menubar but not weekly

Problem

I want to be able to see when I run out of my weekly quota in the menubar (or at least get notice) before I start spending my credits.

Proposed Solution

The circle in the menubar could be a concentric circle or the line option could be two lines.

There is #393, even though it focuses solely on a weekly quota.

Thank you @xamgore for pointing that out; I had not seen it, but I think it would be helpful to have both simultaneously for situations when the short-term quota renews without the long-term one.
