Hi, just FYI - in case folks are installing MitoSeek on a Debian 9 (Stretch) system, the local ~/perl5/lib libraries have changed - mitoanno, Convert/ and Math/ have to copied into one of the directories in @inc so that mitoSeek can find them. I didn't have this issue when I ran this on older version of Debian (Wheezy). Not sure what changed.
