We need a round table chair for each topic per session. If we do two rounds, that means 2 people per topic unless a person is willing to stay with one table and chair it twice.
Some notes from reflection on last year:
- A few chairs also did not share their notes last year. Need to impress we really do need that to help share with others that didn't join that topic.
- Be clear on what we want to collect in terms of 'who' - suggestion that we should have chair named, but then for others collect just the company name unless they wish to be involved in any follow on discussion (but summary notes will just list chair + companies present)
