Add verbose flag to createApp()

Sometimes, especially in large teams, the webhook payload logs can be quite large making it hard to debug and find logs in other parts of the code.
Would it be possible to add a verbose flag to the createApp method that defaults to true but, can be set to false to turn off the ringcentral-chatbot-js generated logs?
