Shift + 鼠标选择会触发中英文切换 #681

开启了shift切换中英文，但是如果在mac上使用Shift+鼠标进行文本选择，同样会触发中英文切换。

比如shift down和up之间如果有鼠标点击，是否不应该进行中英文切换

补充: Chrome, Xcode稳定出现，Safari，文本编辑没问题

@hstdt 因为, Shift 是优先响应的, 并没和鼠标形成组合键时, rIME 就完成了反应,
所以, 得想办法将 Shift 的切换行为, 迁移到一个合理的组合键中,
原先老版本的 Shift+Space 是个方案
