Separate tests depending on modelling packages

Separate tests that depend on each modelling package so tox can be run more efficiently with tox over dependency matrices.
e.g. if we have 2 versions of xgboost and 3 of lightgbm we do not need to run all tests for each combination - we should be able to select the relevant tests for each package
