Enrich workflow run popovers with CI timing metadata

Idea

Enrich the Workflow Runs popover with more useful CI metadata.

Candidate fields

• Duration / elapsed time.
• Created/started/completed timestamps.
• Branch and event.
• Actor.
• Workflow name and run number.
• Status/conclusion with clearer failure/cancelled/in-progress distinction.
• Link to the run.

Notes

This came up while reviewing the current GitHub Explorer. The existing popover is useful, but CI runs are one of the places where a little more context could make the square-grid view feel operational rather than merely decorative.
