What do you want to see?

Just like in the web app, the landing page should be able to display health warnings across the entire site, warning users of possible incidents like today's limited registrations.

This should be achievable with either a bit of JS or via Cloudflare's tooling. I'll be submitting a PR in the coming days to implement this in a banner along with an update to our status page.
