would like to see faz in other Repo

Since faz is to my knowledge not directly axel springer, even though i like to block faz as well, it might be cleaner to have these sites in another Repo and refer to it from this one in the README.md

FAZ was included at the request of some users. Primarily for the reason that the FAZ voted for article 13/17. This entry can be removed if necessary.
