Benchmark can show junk data as background

When running a benchmark, sometimes the background can display junk data (looks like some OS memory).

So far, this has only been observed when sd_uhs is active, and there are no pics on the card.  Take a pic, and that is shown instead.

Legacy builds don't seem to show this (or perhaps it's rarer?).
