Problem
Not crucial and visual-only, but I notice that when "Questions" are posed and answered, e.g. when doing planning with interaction, in interview mode, or when Context Builder asks about its work, the UI shows something like this when you have submitted the answers:
I understand the full questions & answers cannot be shown, but that "No response" rendering is factually incorrect and ultimately the whole visual is useless as it has no information.
Possible solutions/features
- Fix current visual and write the first few words of the (last?) question & answer. The visual can also be made much wider without eating up spaced used otherwise
- Display "4/4 questions answered" (can be less than 100% when timeout?).
- Combination of the two
- Ideally, you would be able to click it and see in another window/pop-up the full questions & answers. But added value is low as you have just answered the questions and probably remember them
Personally, I think that that "4/4 questions answered" should be not hard to do and improve the correctness and information value significantly.
