AMD ROCm support #442
Description
I have sat it up locally fairly easily on windows to work with AMD ROCm
I installed the following
As well as visual studio build tools and windows 10/11 SDK from visual studio website
And it magically worked
And it worked out of the box (however I am running it using uvicorn not uv and also not inside docker or a virtual environment for personal preferences reasons, so I can’t/won’t commit those changes upstream since they are not tested and don’t align with the whole project, so just will leave it here in case someone wants to take it further or run it themselves)
