It's not clear how the wiki and its server are currently managed. There's a warning on top of the README to not use this repo's code, but it seems to be quite old.

I took a look, the repo is not what's running on the server that's serving https://wiki.remotestorage.io/, this was managed using some other chef repo

I have added #1 to my todo list, we already have an Ubuntu 18.04 server for the Discourse server, and we run Mediawiki on 18.04 for Kosmos so that shouldn't be a big migration
