utils.is_dataframe() implementation

Is there any reason why pynecone checks a type by it's name?

# utils.py
def is_dataframe(value: Type) -> bool:
    return value.__name__ == "DataFrame"

Shouldn't it be like this?

def is_dataframe(value: Type) -> bool:
    return isinstance(value, pd.DataFrame)
