Scheduled Posts Removed with Plugin

I am unable to schedule posts correctly with the plugin activated.

I suggest using transition_post_status in order to start the STEEM post action after the WordPress post has been changed to "Published".

This would also help prevent Draft posts from being published a second time.

Thanks for that. I've been working on a prototype that includes this feature. I'm also addressing the issue with drafted post to not publish via Steem blockchain.
