The Communication Service Providers after validating the identity with the Identity Service Providers assigns a Business Identity.

Description

Members of Business Organisations e.g. Sales Agents, can organise and participate in conversations by using a generic Identity associate to the Business Organisation or Department. Users can also use individual identities that are only valid in certain (work) contexts. Users should also be able to change business identity in a consistent way and according to applicable business policies eg when the customer achieves a certain business volume

Is the Communication Service Providers the one that assigns the business identity of the authenticated user? Is this a responsibility of the Identity Service Provider? What elements match the "real identity" to the business one?

This Use Case still needs to be detailed : would you contribute?

Taking into account the use case should be described from the involved Actors perspective, I would say it would be nice to have the possibility to have Business Identities managed by enterprise own systems or by external IdPs. On the other hand, it would also be nice to have Enterprise collaborators to have the possibility to use "real" identities from external IdP since they are trusted by the Enterprise.
