Task: --server option should be optional #33
Description
Goal
Currently, the --server option is required for all commands. This option should only be required when the user wants to select a specific allocator or one that hasn't added. The default if the --server option hasn't been given should be for the saved allocators to attempted with the command.
Notes (Optional)
