Task:Integrate ut-control gh109 to ut-core and bring in corresponding changes

Goal

rdkcentral/ut-control#109 brings in Makefile changes in ut-control.
As ut-core consumes ut-control, changes needs to be introduced in ut-core as well.

This ticket will track changes needed as part of above ticket and making sure nothing breaks during the process.
