Support Remove API Implementation

1. This update is done in order to support Remove API implementation at OCDM server side.
2. After successful deletion of persistent license, OCDM function "MediaKeySession::Remove()" returns "SUCCESS", but inline remove function returns non-zero value due to condition check.
3. Update is done so that inline function will return '0' on OCDM remove functionality success.
