"Recent Activity" shows incorrect files when Dropbox isn't configured

If Dropbox isn't setup yet, it shows the following:

Do you have the Dropbox installed? The app look for the usual Dropbox's folder... if there's any, it just consider the whole home folder.

I have it installed but not yet set up. I have an install script to configure this after installing Dropbox. It is an edge case, but it would be nice if it didn't show anything and/or said "please check that Dropbox is installed and running" if the folder isn't yet created because Dropbox hasn't been fully setup.

I do have dropbox setup , and still see the recent activity of the home folder. Anything I need to configure for the indicator?
