Fix the story like counter

When in the story preview sheet, click "Like", go back to the main screen, and then open the same story again. The like button will be in the toggled state, but the counter retains its old value, which is inconsistent and leads to the counter possibly showing -1.
This should be fixed by updating the likes count immediately and refreshing the story info.
Similarly, the story info should be refreshed after its completion to update the view counter
