Hi! I'm working on converting my taxonomic annotation to match the VALENCIA centroids. It is mostly straightforward, but what should I do about columns such as g_Coprococcus_1, g_Coprococcus_2, g_Coprococcus_3? Is there a list of which species belong to which sub-genus somewhere?
If not, what was the exact reference database and version used to annotate the centroids? That could go a long way into addressing this kind of issue!
