Changes:

• Added DAC to control Vcore (range: 0.27V - 1.53V in 16bit!).
• Improved power and ground planes for less noise.
• Removed 'clever' schottky diodes to stop load spikes from one asic influencing remaining voltage for the other asic, added old-fashioned (and sadly more expensive) tantalum capacitors. Scrapped the tantalums.
  
• Added fan and feedback of Vcore.
  
• Ordered pcbs.
