The rapid7-insightappsec@1 extension is dependent on Node version that is end of life

Expected Behavior

The task should be updated to be dependent on a Node version that is not end of life so these warnings are not reported in pipelines.

Actual Behavior

Azure DevOps Pipeline is reporting the following warning:
##[warning]Task 'Rapid7 InsightAppSec' version 1 (rapid7-insightappsec@1) is dependent on a Node version (10) that is end-of-life. Contact the extension owner for an updated version of the task. Task maintainers should review Node upgrade guidance: https://aka.ms/node-runner-guidance

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Use the rapid7-insightappsec@1 extension in an Azure DevOps pipeline.
