condition message style is not preserved when displayed in the dashboard #16110

Setup
- Rancher version: v2.13.0 and before
- Rancher UI Extensions:
- Browser type & version:
Describe the bug
When a ressource is in a not ready state, the UI shows the message related to this condition
In the detail view, the format is preserved
but not in the list view

Follow steps listed in #16106
Result
New line are removed
