Shaky image playing some SNES games.

My problem is the same as Igor had here: #562
The majority of games works fine with no problem, but Yoshi Island and Final Fight are unplayable.

CONFIG:

Snes, connected by SCART (Sync on luma)

I already tried to:
*Change the power supply;
*Change the SCART cable;
*Change the SNES cartridge;
*Change configs(believe all of them), also the resolution;
*Upgrade the firmware.

I tested it with the OSSC and there is no such problem, :/ also it works fine using an old CRT TV with composite cable.

Please help
