save all plots also in .root in the same path

Reject all channels with white (0) in the Laser3Amplitude TH2 (.json)

Move the thresholds out of the code and in a configuration file

DLAMPL threshold to be set to "<= 5"

DLAMBL and SLAMPL flags cloned with MEAN_APD_OVER_PN and adjust the thresholds

Fix the range of Laser RMS (put very large number like 200)

Clean the code

Run everything (laser, pedestals, test pulses) with run with date > 25 April and produce "slides-ready" plots and summary
