/up/test.bin not found

Trying to run it from a local apache2 server so I could use the webui from all devices of my house. Everything works fine, but when I upload something I get a 404 error saying that /up/test.bin was not found. Is there something I'm missing? I'm not really good at making web servers xD

Ok, configured cconfig, but starting the server through r2 always give me a unable to connect error (even on localhost), adn even even when i set http.root to /var/www/html i still get the same upload error
